By creating an account or placing an order on SmmPod (smmpod.com), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use SmmPod.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account.
• One person or business may hold one account. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.

2. Orders

• Enter the correct public link before ordering. Accounts and posts must stay public until the order is complete.
• Do not place more than one order on the same link at the same time.
• Start times and speeds on each service are estimates, not guarantees.
• We may cancel any order and return the amount to your balance if a service becomes unavailable.

3. Payments and balance

• Funds added to your account are used to pay for orders and cannot be withdrawn or sent back to your payment method.
• Prices may change at any time. The price shown when you place an order is the price you pay.
• Refunds are credited to your SmmPod balance only. See our Refund Policy.

4. Refills

Refills are available only for services that show a refill period, and only during that period. Drops on services without a refill period are not covered.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use SmmPod for illegal content, harassment, hate, adult content involving minors, scams, or any content that breaks the law. You are responsible for following the rules of the platforms you use. We may refuse or cancel orders that break these rules.

6. API and reselling

Resellers may use our API and resell our services under their own brand. Keep your API key private – orders placed with your key are your responsibility.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks, abuse of support, or breaking these Terms.

8. Liability

SmmPod is an independent service and is not affiliated with any social media platform. We are not responsible for actions platforms take on your account. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Read our full Disclaimer.
